Biography:
I approach both counseling and case management as a collaborative process in which individuals can feel safe to articulate and develop their goals. My aim is to support and empower students in a comprehensive manner in accessing internal and external resources to meet those goals. I use a strengths-based approach and enjoy helping individuals learn to navigate challenging/complex systems or to explore their personal experiences in a therapeutic space with the aim of internal healing and growth.
